Location: Westlake Village, CA – 100% Onsite

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong AWS expertise to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on development across UI, backend, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on modern .NET Core, JavaScript-based front-end technologies, and AWS services. The position is 100% onsite in Westlake Village, CA, with in-person interviews required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET / .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks
Build and enhance UI components with strong focus on usability and performance
Develop backend services and APIs using .NET Core (v8 preferred, v6 acceptable)
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
Utilize AWS services including EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and Containers
Prepare and deploy applications to production environments
Use Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles
Troubleshoot, respond to, and resolve issues logged by users of live production systems
Manage small projects independently and contribute as a key team member on larger initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Leverage AI-based coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot (or equivalent) to improve productivity
Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, culture, and values
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong expertise in .NET, C#, .NET Core (v8 preferred / v6 acceptable)
Proven full-stack development experience across UI and backend layers
Strong UI/front-end skills with:
Must-Have: JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js
Good to Have: React, Kendo, Telerik
Preferred experience in at least one or two: AngularJS, React, WinForms, Razor with ASP.NET MVC
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and functional programming concepts
Strong experience with AWS cloud services:
EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Containers
Experience building and consuming Web Services / REST APIs
Solid experience with SQL and SSIS
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience supporting and maintaining production systems
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
