Job Title: Network Engineer (Deployment & Security)
Location: Bellevue, WA – 100% Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in network deployment, routing, switching, and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and securing enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco-based LAN/WAN technologies and performance optimization. This is a fully onsite role in Bellevue, WA.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and support LAN/WAN network infrastructure using Cisco technologies.
Perform network switching and routing configuration and troubleshooting.
Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, ACLs, and security policies.
Monitor and tune network performance, capacity, and availability.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support network upgrades, migrations, and deployments in enterprise environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure network reliability and compliance.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices for network security and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Network Switching (LAN technologies).
Solid expertise in Network Routing (WAN technologies).
Experience with network performance tuning and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Knowledge of Cisco Network Security concepts and implementations.
Experience in network deployment and operational support.
Ability to work independently in a 100% onsite environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skill
