Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to support and deliver PolicyCenter configuration, integration development, and Insurance platform implementations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire application design, product modeling, system configuration, API integrations, messaging, and external system connectivity.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PolicyCenter) configuration and product model development
- Integration development using:
- SOAP/REST APIs
- Messaging frameworks
- External system adapters
- PolicyCenter integration plugins
- Strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite data models
- Experience with PolicyCenter commissioning, deployment, and integration services
- Experience collaborating with architecture, business, and QA teams
- Debugging, log analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Configure PolicyCenter Product Models, including:
- LOBs, coverage, conditions, rules, workflows, and policy lifecycle states
- Design and build scalable, reliable, defect-free integrations
- Implement and maintain API contracts and integration patterns
- Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, and deployment validation
- Ensure configuration correctness and integration integrity
- Provide proactive issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain technical documentation and integration design assets
- Deliver high-quality configuration and integration outcomes independently

- Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Independent, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
- Ownership mentality for solution correctness and system stability
