Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical and data solutions aligned with business needs.
Support the full project lifecycle, including design, estimation, planning, implementation, and deployment phases.
Work with cloud data warehouses, primarily Snowflake, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Provide expert-level functional knowledge in Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, and Inventory Management Systems.
Deliver application support for Manhattan DFIO/DFIO application, including:
Incident resolution
Error log/message analysis
Identifying data inconsistencies and processing failures
After-hours on-call support when required
Prepare system test plans and perform end-to-end system testing to validate business and technical outcomes.
Manage change requests and follow change management protocols using ServiceNow and ServiceNow (Service Now).
Analyze existing business workflows and build process model diagrams to recommend improvements.
Track working hours using time reporting software as part of compliance and project governance.
Work closely with technical architects to develop and deploy optimized code solutions.
Perform design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment, best practices, and quality standards.
Conduct peer code reviews and mentor other team members in coding best practices.
Create and maintain coding standards checklists to enforce development consistency.
Demonstrate independent ownership, proactiveness, and creative thinking to add value to the team.
Contribute innovative ideas and recommendations by thinking outside the box.
Act as a collaborative and reliable team player, helping drive project goals and success.

Understanding of Retail business operations
Exposure to DFIO to Planning Product migration discussions
Experience working with global IT teams
Prior knowledge of TCS/TCS processes is an advantage
