Job Description.
•             Critical Role for This Year: ERP transformation for a key program to drive synergies.
1.            Expertise: Technical and functional expertise.
2.            Vendor Selection: IT led the selection process for Oracle implementation, assisting the business in understanding their needs.
•             ERP Systems: Torn between Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
 
Responsibilities:
•             Cultural Change: Drive cultural change, communication, and stakeholder involvement.
•             Hands-On Role: Replace Hetal, driving the program forward.
•             Transparency: Must bring truth to the table, addressing issues directly and ensuring delivery.
 
Requirements:
•             Experience: 15-20 years with ERPs, specifically in Oracle Fusion/Netsuite.
•             Energy Level: High energy is crucial.
•             Industry Background: Experience in bioscience or startups is beneficial due to the bare-bones nature of the environment.
 
Education and Certification:
Minimum Requirements:
•Degree: Bachelor's degree required.
•Certification: PMP certification required.
 
Experience: Minimum Requirements:
•Project Management: At least 15 years of project management experience, including 7 years in program management with a focus on managing interdependencies, resources, schedules, and budgets.
•ERP Implementation: A minimum of 7 years overseeing ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
•Matrixed Environments: At least 5 years managing resources within a complex, matrixed environment.
•Client-Focused Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a client or patient-focused setting.
 
•Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in resource and capacity planning, budgeting, problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management at the program level.
•Team Leadership: A minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
•Smartsheets: At least 5 years of experience with Smartsheets.
•Preferred Qualifications:
•Healthcare ERP Projects: Experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations in healthcare settings (e.g., Infor, Oracle, SAP).
•Smartsheets Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets for managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
•Bio-tech Knowledge: Familiarity with bio-tech operational processes, such as supply chain and finance.
Working Conditions:
•Environment: Onsite, Billerica, MA
•Travel: Not required.
