Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, production support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting within Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
· Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules, including:
o Workforce Compensation
o Incentive Compensation
o Salary Basis
o Grade Ladders
o Compensation Component Configuration
· Set up and manage compensation cycles for:
o Merit increases
o Bonus programs
o Stock / incentive plans
· Integrate Compensation with:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Absence Management
Solution Design & Documentation
· Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and Finance stakeholders.
· Prepare and maintain:
o Functional Design Documents (FDs)
o Configuration Workbooks
o SOPs and process documentation
· Develop and execute testing strategies including:
o Unit Testing
o System Integration Testing (SIT)
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Optimization & Production Support
· Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration and data issues.
· Drive system enhancements and optimizations.
· Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including:
o Impact analysis
o Regression testing
o Issue resolution
Stakeholder Engagement
· Conduct workshops and walkthroughs with HR and Finance teams.
· Provide guidance on:
o Compensation strategy
o Compliance requirements
o Oracle best practices
· Act as a trusted advisor for compensation-related initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
· Develop and maintain:
o BI / OTBI reports
o HCM Extracts
· Support compensation analytics for:
o Budgeting
o Workforce planning
o Executive reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
· Strong expertise in:
o Workforce Compensation
o Incentive Compensation
· Proven experience with:
o End-to-end implementations
o Production support environments
· Good functional understanding of related HCM modules:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Benefits
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
· Experience supporting large enterprise Oracle HCM environments.
· Prior experience in compensation planning for mid-to-large organizations.
· Exposure to integrations and security configurations in Oracle HCM.
