Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant
to lead enterprise-scale HR
modernization, integration, data migration, reporting, security governance, and
formula automation in a multi-cloud,
high-compliance environment (primarily for MetLife).
This role demands strong ownership across Fusion HCM implementation, Redwood UI, data loader
pipelines (HDL), Fast Formula design, OTBI/BIP reporting, and scalable batch
job optimization.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
Hands-on implementation & support experience in:
- Core HR (Workforce Structures, Job/Position/Person/Assignment models)
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Performance & Goals
- Learning (Oracle Cloud Learning – OCL)
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- HCM Security & Role Provisioning (User roles, data access, IAM governance)
UI & Custom Extensions
- Redwood UI (Hands-on)
- VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) for page customization and UI extensions
- Data Masking and HR data compliance governance
Data Migration & Loaders
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HSDL (Spreadsheet Data Loader)
- Experience with SAP Migration cockpit exposure is beneficial but not mandatory
- Data validation, reconciliation, transformation, and migration cutover planning
Formula & Extract Automation
- Fast Formula (ABS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Element eligibility)
- HCM Extracts
- BIP (BI Publisher) Reports
- HDL / PBL for bulk HR data migrations
- Integration design using SOAP/REST Web Services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/OIC)
Reporting & Analytics
- OTBI (KPI/KPI/KPI)
- BI Publisher Dashboards
- Dashboard and reporting for Business HR and HR Operations teams
- Strong KPI and success metric definition using analytics
DevOps & Pipeline Governance
- Jenkins
- Git / Bitbucket
- CI/CD pipelines for HCM deployments (Azure DevOps or Jenkins where applicable)
- Batch job optimization and monitoring governance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Fusion HCM implementation and support across HR modules
- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT
- Configure BPM approval workflows, enterprise structures, and workforce models
- Drive data migration using HDL/HSDL, ensuring integrity and compliance
- Design and develop Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP reports & dashboards
- Build and govern SOAP/REST HR integrations using OIC and web services
- Provide technical support, debugging, incident fixes, and batch job performance tuning
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, and IT teams
- Deliver training sessions and end-user documentation
- Identify problem statements and recommend scalable, modern, and Responsible AI-aligned HCM solutions
KPIs / Success Metrics
- 100% Architecture & Configuration Compliance
- Fusion HR batch jobs optimized for performance, scalability, and security
- Crash-free operations and zero critical vulnerabilities in penetration/security tests
- ≤ 2 sec UI load time for Redwood-based authorization pages where applicable
- ≥ 99% Stability and uptime for critical HR modules
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Prior BFSI or Insurance HR transformation experience (Strong Plus)
- Cloud monitoring/logging exposure for large-scale HCM platforms
- Experience working in globally distributed HCM environments
