Location : Falls Church, VA, USA (Fully On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Required:

  • 6–10+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives in enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to create structured documentation and Agile requirement artifacts

Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Process Mapping and Process Model Diagrams
  • Agile Story Writing (Epics and User Stories)
  • Functional Documentation and Technical Specification Support
  • Stakeholder Management and Cross-Team Coordination
  • Executive-Level Presentations and Communication

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions through stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business goals and functional needs
  • Analyze current systems and business workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Convert business needs into structured technical solutions in collaboration with development and IT teams
  • Create epics and detailed user stories to support Agile development and delivery commitments
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights, and present findings through clear reports and visualizations
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, budget coordination, and delivery governance
  • Act as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams to translate functional needs into actionable deliverables
  • Support system testing cycles including UAT and post-implementation validation
  • Maintain detailed and structured documentation including process flows, user stories, solution design summaries, and compliance artifacts
  • Provide training support or knowledge transfer when required for new system adoption.
