Role Overview
We are looking for a Clarity PPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Enterprise Solutions Architect with proven experience in integrations, migrations, and large-scale platform modernization using Broadcom (formerly CA) Clarity PPM.
This role requires ownership of custom integration development, third-party migrations into Clarity, data governance, Studio development, automation, and enterprise-grade PPM transformation delivery.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
Clarity PPM Development & Architecture
Broadcom Clarity PPM hands-on expertise
Clarity Studio / Studio solution design and module configuration
Custom integrations using REST APIs, REST API, GEL, XOG, and scripting
Automation using GEL (Generic Enterprise Logic) scripts
Data migration using XOG/XOG, XOG/XOG, XOG/XOG (XML Open Gateway)
Workflow development, portlet customization, and module enhancements
Integration & Migration Ownership
Build custom connectors and integrations inside Clarity
Lead migration programs from third-party or legacy PPM applications → Clarity
Strong data validation, reconciliation, transformation, and mapping governance
Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and defect-free migration cutovers
Module Enhancements & Customization
Hands-on enhancements for:
Projects, Resources, Financials
Timesheets, Portlets, Portlets, Portlets
Portlets, Portlets, Portlets
Portlets, Portlets
Reports, Dashboards, and Custom Portlets
Upgrade & Environment Governance
System upgrades, patches, performance tuning
Performance tuning for Clarity environments
Clarity environments stability, performance monitoring, and tuning
Strong experience managing Clarity environments in enterprise grade landscapes
Proactive ownership of environment stability and reliability
Ability to diagnose application vs infrastructure root causes
Ensure high system availability and platform reliability
Key Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise PPM
Deliver custom integration design, development, and execution in Clarity
Lead migration planning and delivery, including:
Dependency analysis
Sequencing and scheduling
Data integrity governance
Parallel testing, UAT, cutover, fallback, and decommission
Design and develop Studio objects, XOG automation, GEL scripting, and API connectors
Provide production support, troubleshooting, defect fixes, and performance tuning
Translate business requirements into scalable, technically feasible Clarity solutions
Champion enterprise PPM modernization, simplification, and operational efficiency
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and knowledge handover assets
Drive collaboration across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams
Mentor and guide teams on Clarity best practices, integration governance, and transformation strategy
Nice to Have / Preferred
Experience with high-scale enterprise PPM transformations
Exposure to Retail, Supply Chain, BFSI, or global delivery PPM landscapes
Experience with monitoring, logging, or DevOps pipeline participation is beneficial
