Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer / Platform Lead

10+ years of overall Salesforce experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Developer / Platform Lead to provide day-to-day platform support, lead enhancements, and ensure operational excellence across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to lead sustainment and enhancement activities in an Agile environment.
Core Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Salesforce Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce platform support.
Manage incoming tickets and perform incident triage and resolution.
Assist in planning, prioritization, and execution of sustainment and enhancement work.
Monitor support mailboxes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
Provide functional and technical guidance during platform enhancements.
Support documentation, onboarding activities, and meeting preparation.
Salesforce Development & Platform Management
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using:
APEX
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Leverage Salesforce declarative tools including:
Flows
Process Builder
Validation Rules
Configure and manage Salesforce security including:
Profiles
Permission Sets
Groups
Sharing Settings
Collaboration, Client Engagement & Coordination
Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams.
Lead and participate in weekly sync meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates and participate in stakeholder discussions.
Identify process improvement opportunities to simplify and optimize operations.
Ensure clear, consistent communication across all teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise in:
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Custom Salesforce applications
Strong experience with:
APEX
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative and administrative features.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security controls and governance.
Proficiency with:
VS Code
Copado (DevOps)
Salesforce data import/export tools
Working knowledge of Azure SQL.
Experience with Agile delivery models and product ownership practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on operational efficiency and data quality.
