Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong knowledge of ERP systems and proven expertise in managing large, distributed teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while meeting business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 30 members, including both onsite and offshore/offsite resources.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems across program activities and integrations.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing large teams (30+ members) across onsite and offsite locations.
• Strong experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
