Teamcenter Technical Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Lead to serve as a Technical Architect and Team Lead for Teamcenter PLM implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, customization, integrations, and team leadership, while acting as the primary technical interface with customers and stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter PLM, Active Workspace (AWC), and hands-on experience across multiple Teamcenter versions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Technical Lead to groom, mentor, and guide the Teamcenter development team.
- Engage directly with customers to understand business requirements and propose effective Teamcenter-based solutions.
- Architect and lead the end-to-end Teamcenter solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Design and lead development of Teamcenter modules, enhancements, and release processes.
- Lead customization, configuration, and troubleshooting activities in Teamcenter and Active Workspace.
- Guide and support the team in Teamcenter installation, upgrades, and environment setup.
- Assess and ensure feasibility of integrating upgraded Teamcenter systems with upstream and downstream applications.
- Lead and manage code configuration, version control, and release management activities.
- Provide hands-on leadership for ITK, SOA, TcUA, and AWC customizations.
- Handle technical queries directly from customers and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with customer teams, vendors, upstream/downstream application teams, QA, and testing teams.
- Ensure completeness, correctness, and quality of technical deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Guide the team to perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
- Support multi-vendor and multi-team environments to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Teamcenter Technical Lead / Architect.
- Specialist in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization.
- Experience with Teamcenter versions 13.x, 14.x, and 2312.
- Experience with AWC 6.x implementation and customization.
- Customization & Configuration
- Strong experience in ITK customization.
- Hands-on experience in BMIDE for data model configuration and extensions.
- Extensive experience in Teamcenter and AWC customization.
- Experience with TcUA development.
- Working experience with SOA-based services and integrations.
- Integration & Functional Expertise
- Experience in developing interfaces and integrations with Teamcenter.
- Experience integrating CAD solutions with Teamcenter.
