Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst – Payments with a strong background in the payments domain and deep analytical skills. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, product understanding, and problem-solving abilities to support payment platforms and drive high-quality product delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Product Analyst supporting payment systems and platforms
• Perform hands-on analysis using SQL and Oracle queries for data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation
• Work closely with development and QA teams to analyze requirements, defects, and enhancements
• Analyze and troubleshoot production and non-production issues using:
• AWS logs
• Database queries
• Splunk dashboards
• Support payment message analysis with awareness of ISO wire formats
• Collaborate with offshore teams and coordinate deliverables across time zones
• Lead assigned deliverables with minimal supervision and ensure timely completion
• Participate in requirement analysis, impact assessment, and root cause analysis
• Communicate effectively with business, product, and technology stakeholders

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Technical Analyst in the Payments domain
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Solid technical background with exposure to development and QA processes
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and payment life cycle
• Awareness and working knowledge of ISO wire formats
• Experience troubleshooting issues using AWS logs, database analysis, and Splunk
