Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer with strong experience in building secure, low-latency, enterprise-grade applications in a Linux environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with modern C/C++ standards, deep understanding of security best practices, and experience working on large, complex systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain a large-scale existing C/C++ codebase supporting security-critical applications
• Build and maintain reusable C/C++ components and libraries to support modernization of the C stack
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to help migrate and upgrade applications to the latest client-side libraries
• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency, and secure applications for enterprise environments
• Implement secure coding practices in alignment with OWASP and NIST guidelines
• Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful services with database connectivity
• Work in a Linux-based development environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding and security standards
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical troubleshooting
• Support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement of development practices

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        8+ years of professional experience in software development with exposure to large, complex, enterprise-level projects

·        Strong expertise in C/C++ development (including C14/17 standards)

·        Hands-on experience with Boost and STL libraries

·        Strong experience developing secure, low-latency applications in a Linux environment

·        Solid experience with relational and document-based databases

·        Experience developing high-performance RESTful web services

·        Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python

·        Experience with C/C++ unit testing frameworks (preferred)

·        Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

·        Strong understanding of secure coding standards and best practices (OWASP, NIST preferred
