Title: Treasury Systems Analyst / Business Analyst – Wall Street Suite (WSS)

Location: Plano, TX

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Systems Analyst / Business Analyst to support, monitor, and optimize our core Treasury Management System, Wall Street Suite (WSS). This role is critical in ensuring accurate, efficient, and seamless processing of financial and commercial transactions across North American affiliates. Reporting to the Treasury Systems Manager, the role will contribute to continuous improvement, system enhancements, and operational excellence in treasury functions, supporting the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality financial services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, support, and optimize the Wall Street Suite (WSS) Treasury Management System to ensure stability, accuracy, and performance.
• Support end-to-end treasury operations including cash management, payments, bank connectivity, accounting, and financial transactions.
• Perform business analysis to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and translate business needs into system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate processing and validation of financial and commercial transactions across North American affiliates.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and system improvements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, system procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance for treasury system users.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and audit requirements.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with a strong foundation in financial systems.
• 10+ years of experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Wall Street Suite (WSS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis) and SQL for querying and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and treasury functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
