- Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions is required.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist – AI/ML & Generative AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions supporting marketing, customer engagement, and business analytics initiatives.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across AI solution architecture, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native analytics platforms while collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.
This role requires deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, Azure AI/ML, Python, SQL, MLOps, and Generative AI within highly regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Leadership
- Lead a team of Data Scientists delivering enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Define technical architecture and implementation strategy for AI/ML initiatives.
- Own technical decisions, solution design, production stability, and project delivery.
- Mentor team members and promote AI engineering best practices.
Machine Learning & Generative AI
- Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Develop AI solutions supporting:
- Customer Engagement
- Marketing Campaigns
- Predictive Analytics
- Customer Segmentation
- Personalization
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build scalable AI inference services supporting batch and real-time processing.
Data Science & Analytics
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

- 8+ years of AI/ML Engineering and Data Science experience.
- 5+ years of Insurance and/or Financial Services experience.
- Extensive experience developing production AI/ML solutions.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Strong SQL and data analysis expertise.
- Experience deploying Machine Learning models on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
