Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst – Payments with deep domain knowledge in payment systems and strong analytical and technical skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and offshore teams to analyze payment workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive delivery with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and support payment product workflows, transactions, and integrations.
Write and optimize SQL / Oracle queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Perform root-cause analysis using AWS logs, databases, and Splunk.
Collaborate with development and QA teams leveraging a strong technical background.
Support analysis of ISO wire formats and payment message flows.
Lead assigned deliverables and ensure timely execution with minimal guidance.
Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Provide detailed analysis, documentation, and reporting for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst in the Payments domain.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
Solid technical background in application development and QA.
Good understanding of ISO wire formats and payment messaging standards.
Hands-on experience analyzing and troubleshooting using AWS logs, databases, and Splunk.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
