Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing, with hands-on expertise in modern design tools and a passion for improving user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
Design user interfaces including layouts, color schemes, typography, icons, and interaction patterns aligned with brand guidelines.
Lead UX design efforts, focusing on usability, accessibility, and seamless user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on insights.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Ensure consistency across designs and maintain design systems and style guides.
Present design concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
Proficiency with Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
