Job Title: Oracle Cloud Compensation – Techno-Functional Consultant (Senior)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, production support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting within Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
- Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules, including:
- Workforce Compensation
- Incentive Compensation
- Salary Basis
- Grade Ladders
- Compensation Component Configuration
- Set up and manage compensation cycles for:
- Merit increases
- Bonus programs
- Stock / incentive plans
- Integrate Compensation with:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
Solution Design & Documentation
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Functional Design Documents (FDs)
- Configuration Workbooks
- SOPs and process documentation
- Develop and execute testing strategies including:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Optimization & Production Support
- Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration and data issues.
- Drive system enhancements and optimizations.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including:
- Impact analysis
- Regression testing
- Issue resolution
Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct workshops and walkthroughs with HR and Finance teams.
- Provide guidance on:
- Compensation strategy
- Compliance requirements
- Oracle best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor for compensation-related initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain:
- BI / OTBI reports
- HCM Extracts
- Support compensation analytics for:
- Budgeting
- Workforce planning
- Executive reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Strong expertise in:
- Workforce Compensation
- Incentive Compensation
- Proven experience with:
- End-to-end implementations
- Production support environments
- Good functional understanding of related HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large enterprise Oracle HCM environments.
- Prior experience in compensation planning for mid-to-large organizations.
- Exposure to integrations and security configurations in Oracle HCM.
