We are seeking a HighRadius Product Expert / Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications. This role is ideal for candidates with a techno-functional background who can engage directly with clients, translate business needs into functional solutions, and drive successful delivery across the full SDLC. The position offers a pathway toward a 100% functional consulting role.
Key Responsibilities
HighRadius Implementation & Product Ownership
Lead end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Receivables Cloud solutions.
Own HighRadius product configuration, setup, and optimization.
Act as a product expert / product owner for HighRadius modules across engagements.
Integration & Solution Design
Design and manage integrations between HighRadius and:
Billing systems
Invoicing platforms
ERP systems
Banking systems
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support system design, configuration, customization, and integration.
Business Analysis & Client Engagement
Conduct client-facing workshops to gather requirements and define use cases.
Prepare business analysis documents, solution designs, and process flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Data, Testing & Delivery
Support data analysis, data conversion, migration, interfaces, and reporting.
Lead and support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
Drive delivery across the full SDLC:
Requirements & workshops
Design & build
Testing & UAT
Deployment & handover
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HighRadius implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with HighRadius Receivables Cloud.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end HighRadius implementations.
Deep understanding of HighRadius configurations and integrations.
Experience with business analysis, system design, and client-facing consulting.
Strong background in data analysis, migration, interfaces, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Background transitioning from coding/testing to techno-functional consulting.
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
Prior role as HighRadius Product Owner or functional lead.
Exposure to financial supply chain processes (AR, billing, invoicing).
