Job Title: SAP OTC S/4HANA Functional Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (100% Onsite – 5 days/week)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) S/4HANA Functional Consultant to support a large-scale onsite SAP S/4HANA initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in OTC processes along with extensive experience in S/4HANA upgrades and implementations, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP OTC functional activities for S/4HANA upgrade or implementation projects
Participate in end-to-end full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or upgrades (minimum two)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional designs and configurations
Provide expertise on SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and upgrade paths
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems
Utilize SAP Activate methodology for project delivery and governance
Leverage SAP C-ALM for project and application lifecycle management
Support adoption and understanding of SAP Joule where applicable
Advise on and support SAP Fiori applications and user experience
Contribute to SAP BTP usage and cloud migration strategies
Support testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities
Provide onsite functional support and guidance to business users
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on OTC processes
Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA upgrades or implementations
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, upgrade strategies, and integrations
Strong hands-on experience in SAP OTC configuration
Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology
Working knowledge of SAP C-ALM
Familiarity with SAP Joule
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
