Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week On-Site)
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Required:
· 6+ years of hands-on Supply Chain experience in data-driven analysis and complex analytical modeling
· Proven ability to lead cross-regional supply chain programs independently
· Experience defining technical requirements and supporting enterprise software and system implementations
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of supply chain models, heuristics, forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytical problem-solving
· Expertise in quantitative analysis to solve complex supply chain challenges
· Hands-on experience with relational databases and advanced SQL
· Experience with Tableau for analytics, dashboards, and business insights
· Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
· Experience collaborating with product, IT, and regional business stakeholders
· Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical constraints in business terms
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with strict deadlines
· Experience working in large, global, multi-region organizations
Role Summary:
Supply Chain Business Analyst responsible for analyzing data-rich supply chain
environments, solving quantitative business problems, driving cross-functional
alignment, defining technical requirements, and supporting enterprise-scale
system and analytics implementations across multiple regions.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead requirement gathering sessions with supply chain business owners through interviews, workshops, and discovery discussions
· Perform process mapping and analyze current state supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
· Apply quantitative models to solve analytical supply chain problems such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and logistics optimization
· Define structured and testable technical requirements for software and system implementation teams
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, IT, Engineering, and regional stakeholders
· Translate analytical results and technical roadblocks into clear business-focused narratives for stakeholders and leadership teams
· Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and reports that support decision-making, operational KPIs, and supply chain insights
· Support software and system implementation initiatives across large organizations and multiple regions
· Drive solution planning and delivery alignment for multi-team, multi-region programs
· Manage deadlines, dependencies, risks, and communication across concurrent supply chain workstreams
· Maintain high-quality documentation including process flows, technical requirement artifacts, system design inputs, and stakeholder communication summaries
