Job Title: SAP S/4HANA SD (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant

Location: Loveland, CO (Open to Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and its integration with FI and other SAP/non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, functional design, testing, integrations, and supporting end-to-end OTC business processes. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Configuration & Functional Design

Configure SAP SD modules including Enterprise Structure, Master Data (Customer, Material, Condition), and Conditional Master Data.

Create detailed Functional Specifications for custom developments.

Configure and support end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes including:

Order Management, Delivery, Shipping, Billing

Intercompany and STO processes

Contracts and Scheduling Agreements

Special sales scenarios (3rd party drop ship, consignment, cross-selling, rush orders, returns)

Pricing, Billing & Credit Management

Design and configure pricing using Condition Techniques (Pricing Procedures, Condition Tables, Access Sequences, Condition Types).

Configure Billing/Invoicing including:

Billing types, billing plans, credit/debit memos

Proforma, advance billing, milestone and periodic billing

Invoice number ranges, billing blocks, payment terms, self-billing

Support Condition Contract Management (Rebates and Commissions).

Configure Credit Management, Partner Determination, Text Determination, Output Control, and Material Determination.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD – Order to Cash processes.

Deep knowledge of:

Order & Contract Management

Scheduling Agreements

3rd Party Sales, Sub-Contracting

Intercompany Sales and STO

Free of Charge / Sample processes

Pricing, Delivery, Shipment Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable

Experience with global SAP SD localizations.

Strong understanding of SD–FI integration and handling custom reports/programs.

Experience working in complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
