Job Title: Windchill PLM Technical Associate / Developer
Location: West Chester, PA
Role Summary
The Associate will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team collaborating closely with business partners to deliver meaningful and high-value software solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and business process understanding, with exposure to R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing domains. The focus is on delivering stable, reliable, and scalable PLM solutions using Windchill technology.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver business-critical PLM solutions
Architect, design, develop, configure, install, and test Windchill PLM software solutions
Customize, migrate, and support Windchill implementations including WBM
Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions
Develop PLM solutions aligned with both technical architecture and business processes
Support and enhance Windchill modules including:
PDMLink
ProjectLink
Design Control
ESI (preferred)
Work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing
Follow Agile and DevOps best practices to deliver solutions efficiently
Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Windchill PLM customization, migration, and WBM
Proven experience architecting and developing PLM solutions both technically and functionally
Deep understanding of Windchill PLM data model and APIs
Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java Enterprise platforms
Experience with:
Java
JavaScript
Web Services
Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team-oriented environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
