Role Summary
The Azure Architect will be responsible for designing, delivering, and governing enterprise cloud and identity solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role provides architectural leadership, ensures system availability and security, drives automation and process improvements, and partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of Azure-based services
Deliver application and cloud architectural oversight for new and enhanced solutions
Support design, development, testing, and deployment of Azure solutions
Drive identity automation and process improvements
Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and reliability standards
Act as a multi-disciplinary technical expert across cloud, identity, and security domains
Execute strategic technology direction aligned with business objectives
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives and programs
Liaise with business teams to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of information security principles
Experience with SDLC processes, databases, and enterprise architecture
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure standards and best practices
Strong knowledge of Azure products and services
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and organizational abilities
Technical Experience
Experience with J2EE stack, PCF, and database modeling
Strong experience in Identity & Access Management, including:
Azure AD / Entra ID
Active Directory (AD)
LDAP
Exchange
Hands-on experience with identity certification, workflows, and provisioning
