Job Description:

The Actimize IFM Developer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting NICE Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Actimize platforms, rule/workflow customization, troubleshooting, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Actimize IFM Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.
• Install and configure Actimize Platform components, including:
• • AIS
  • ActOne
  • UDM
• Enhance IFM solutions by developing:
• • Custom Policy Manager rules
  • Workflows
  • DARTS layouts

Troubleshooting & Support

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across Actimize applications.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of defects and production issues.
• Install product patches and service packs as required.
• Support and execute Actimize platform and solution upgrades.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform and support:
• • Unit testing
  • System testing
  • Integration testing
  • Performance testing
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate closely with:
• • Business Analysts
  • QA teams
  • Project Managers
• Participate in:
• • Agile sprint planning
  • Backlog grooming
  • Sprint documentation
• Ensure alignment across SDLC phases.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Create and maintain:
• • Technical specifications
  • Installation and configuration guides
  • Troubleshooting and support documentation
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Actimize IFM.
• Experience installing and configuring Actimize Platform (AIS, ActOne, UDM).
• Expertise in:
• • Policy Manager rule development
  • Workflows
  • DARTS customization
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Actimize upgrades, patches, and service packs.
• Solid understanding of BFS Risk Management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
• Exposure to performance tuning and optimization of Actimize solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
