Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile delivery teams by driving Scrum best practices, Ways of Working, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fully onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile Ways of Working.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile mindset, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and delivery alignment.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven expertise in Scrum framework and Agile Ways of Working.
- Experience working with development teams (React or frontend teams preferred).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite from Day 1 in Pittsburgh, PA.
