Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SCADA / MES Engineer with strong expertise in Wonderware-based SCADA design and development to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring system security and performance, and collaborating with development and engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient production systems.
Key Responsibilities
MES & SCADA Support
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications and the underlying system platform.
· Monitor and maintain MES system availability, stability, and performance.
· Support production deployments, system upgrades, and patch management activities.
System Security & Compliance
· Ensure MES system security, compliance, and adherence to operational and IT standards.
· Identify and mitigate system risks impacting manufacturing operations.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution
· Coordinate with development and engineering teams to analyze issues and implement bug fixes.
· Support root cause analysis and resolution of MES/SCADA-related incidents.
· Assist in continuous improvement of system processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 4–6+ years of experience in SCADA design and development on the Wonderware platform.
· Hands-on experience supporting MES applications in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong troubleshooting and system support skills.
· Experience with production deployments and patch management.
· Understanding of system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
