Job Description – Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: Remote / Louisville, KY
Role Overview
We are seeking three Senior Full-Stack Engineers to design, build, and integrate end-to-end digital experiences that activate Next Best Actions (NBA) across digital and assisted channels. This role focuses on delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that enable personalized action execution through web, mobile, and assisted platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications enabling Next Best Action (NBA) activation.
Build frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or equivalent).
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python.
Implement API-first integrations with:
NBA decision engines
State machines and action libraries
External channel platforms (Email, SMS, Push, Web, Call Center, etc.)
Design and integrate event-driven architectures using Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms.
Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and observability standards.
Collaborate with backend, data, UX, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Deliver production-grade features with high availability and reliability.
Support deployments in regulated or healthcare environments (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer.
Proficiency in:
Frontend: React or equivalent modern frameworks
Backend: Node.js and/or Python
Strong experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of:
Application security best practices
Performance optimization
Observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
