Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a solution architect and trusted advisor, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on CSM and FSM modules.
  • Define overall ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, platform best practices, and long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define the architectural vision, roadmap, and implementation strategy.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and platform capabilities.
  • Oversee and guide the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe development standards.
  • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange, reliability, and system interoperability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and consistent solution quality across projects.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, usability, and cost-efficiency of ServiceNow environments.
  • Review data models, workflows, integrations, and customizations for optimization opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure proper data management, access controls, role-based security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising clients on architecture, process automation, and platform capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations and solution options aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, technical designs, and implementation guides.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
  • Ensure minimal operational impact while aligning solutions with new ServiceNow releases and features.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Architect.
  • Mandatory implementation experience with ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and application framework.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
  • UI Policies and Forms
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems integration (LDAP, Active Directory, SAP).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
