Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Technical Consultant to join a dynamic, fast-paced team working closely with business partners to deliver high-impact software solutions. This role offers strong exposure to R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing domains and requires a blend of technical expertise and business process leadership. The focus is on delivering scalable, stable, and high-value PLM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to design and deliver meaningful Windchill PLM solutions.
• Architect, design, develop, install, and test custom software solutions within Windchill PLM for diverse enterprise users.
• Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
• Perform Windchill customization, migration activities, and WBM (Workflow Business Modeling).
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust PLM technical and process solutions.
• Support and enhance PLM solutions across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing functions.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value using reliable and scalable technology approaches.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in Windchill customization, migration, and WBM.
• Proven experience architecting and developing PLM solutions involving:
• PDMLink
• ProjectLink
• Design Control
• ESI (preferred)
• In-depth understanding of Windchill PLM data model and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java Enterprise technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and related web technologies.
• Ability to work across both technical implementation and business process design.
