Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP GRC Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC). The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end GRC implementations and upgrades, support complex business scenarios, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and governance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade of SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC)
Configure and support MSMP workflows, including troubleshooting and enhancements
Implement and support ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM functionalities
Manage SoD rule set updates, risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation strategies
Integrate SAP GRC with cloud systems and third-party applications
Configure and support GRC – SuccessFactors (SF) HR trigger functionality
Analyze and understand end-to-end business processes and align GRC controls accordingly
Handle complex business scenarios and manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams
Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for GRC processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP GRC
Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC 12.0 AC & PC implementation and upgrades
Expertise in Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM)
Proven experience in SoD risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation
Experience with GRC cloud integrations
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors HR trigger integration
Strong experience in MSMP configuration and troubleshooting
Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
