Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio and backend integrations, particularly within HCM and Recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support complex Workday integrations while working onsite at the client location in Detroit from day one.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customized integration solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and compliance with security standards.
• Work with Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect frameworks to enable seamless data exchange.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including technical designs, specifications, and support guides.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for Workday integration architecture, scalability, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure integrations comply with HR data models, security configurations, and business process frameworks.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT or related disciplines).
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment module.
• Proven expertise in Workday Studio and backend integration development.
• Strong domain knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Core HR processes.
• Experience with HR data models, security configurations, and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, and middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Detroit from day one.
