Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Author to create, manage, and publish high-quality digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure content meets UX, SEO, accessibility (A11y), and compliance standards, while maintaining consistency and performance across platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

·       Build, update, and publish web pages, landing pages, and components using AEM templates and workflows.

·       Author and manage experience fragments and reusable components.

·       Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

---

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

·       Manage and optimize images, videos, and digital assets using AEM Digital Asset Manager (DAM).

·       Ensure assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and reuse.

---

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

·       Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketing, and content teams.

·       Act as a bridge between content strategy and live digital experiences, advising on layout, structure, and usability.

·       Support alignment across UX, SEO, accessibility, and compliance requirements.

---

SEO, Accessibility & Compliance

·       Apply SEO best practices to authored content.

·       Conduct accessibility testing and ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

·       Support tagging and analytics requirements for content tracking.

---

Quality Assurance

·       Validate content prior to publishing.

·       Troubleshoot issues and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

·       Maintain high-quality standards across all digital experiences.

---

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       8–10 years of experience as an AEM Author.

·       Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):

o   Page authoring

o   Templates

o   Components

o   Workflows

·       Hands-on experience with AEM DAM.

·       Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

·       Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility (A11y / WCAG) standards.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

·       Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

·       Experience integrating AEM with platforms such as:

o   Marketo

o   Salesforce

o   Analytics and tagging tools (SiteCatalyst, Ensighten, or similar)

·       Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks.
