Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Test Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, specifically Accounting and Financial Close processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive manual testing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional and manual testing for SAP S/4HANA Finance applications
Validate Accounting and Financial Close business processes within SAP
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Utilize TOSCA for test management and execution (where applicable)
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution
Ensure high-quality deliverables by validating functional, integration, and regression testing outcomes
Communicate testing status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years of manual/functional testing experience
Strong experience in SAP testing, preferably in SAP S/4HANA Finance
Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial Close processes
Hands-on experience with TOSCA test automation/tooling
Experience working in Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
