Role Summary
The Okta Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta. This role provides technical leadership, ensures system availability, drives automation and process improvements, and partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of Okta-based identity services
Deliver architectural oversight for new and enhanced IAM solutions
Support design, development, testing, and deployment of Okta integrations
Recommend and implement automation and process improvements
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of identity platforms
Act as a multi-disciplinary technical expert across identity and security domains
Execute strategic direction aligned with business objectives
Lead complex IAM initiatives and enterprise-scale implementations
Work cross-functionally with security, application, and infrastructure teams to improve productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in Okta standards, architecture, and product capabilities
Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices
Experience with SDLC processes and enterprise application integrations
Working knowledge of database systems
Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management, access control, and workflows
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
