Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Development

• Lead the design and development of Angular-based micro frontend applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Drive hands-on development of micro frontend implementations, including shared libraries and independently deployable modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture and design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical coaching, and mentor frontend engineers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Provide performance feedback and support team growth and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Angular (v10+), including component architecture, RxJS, state management (NgRx), and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend architectures using Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication mechanisms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering micro frontend solutions with shared libraries and independent deployments.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments and frontend DevOps practices across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Angular development and technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise frontend initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Desirable / Preferred Skills

• DevOps practices
• HTML5 / CSS3
• Microservices architecture
• Experience with Angular 13+
