Position: Data Services Manager with CRM, AI

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

 

Visa: H1 B

 

Job Requirement:

·         Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·         A minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in leading data quality or data services teams, ideally with exposure to the legal sector, CRM systems, and business development initiatives.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.

·         Strong command of SQL and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus, particularly in the context of AI and automation.

·         Experience with CRM systems and their application in business development and marketing is highly desirable.

·         Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.

·         Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable process enhancements that improve service delivery.

·         Business Development, Marketing & Communication: Strong business acumen with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, particularly within the legal sector.

·         A demonstrated track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts and business proposals to diverse audiences.
