Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Onsite – Sunrise (Candidate must be local / onsite)
Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional Agile delivery initiatives, ensuring predictable, on-time execution while managing scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong ownership, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage project scope, milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and critical path
Own and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Provide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadership
Ensure cross-functional alignment across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across strong stakeholder groups
Drive predictable and on-time delivery of project milestones
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks
Demonstrate a high-ownership mindset with enterprise-first thinking
Influence stakeholders effectively without direct authority
Support and enforce Agile best practices across teams
Agile & Delivery Responsibilities
Support and orchestrate Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Oversee backlog readiness and release planning
Partner closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Track progress, dependencies, and delivery metrics
Ensure transparency and team alignment throughout delivery lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager in Agile environments
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience using Jira and Rally for:
Task prioritization
Progress tracking
Cross-team collaboration
Excellent executive-level communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with:
Developers
Business Analysts
QA teams
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
