Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC). The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and upgrade experience, deep functional knowledge of GRC modules, and the ability to work in complex business environments while managing multiple stakeholders.

 

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills:

• End-to-end management of SAP GRC 12.0 modules – Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC).
• Hands-on experience in SAP GRC 12.0 implementation and upgrade projects.
• Strong expertise in GRC Access Control components:
• ARA (Access Risk Analysis)
• ARM (Access Request Management)
• EAM (Emergency Access Management)
• BRM (Business Role Management)
• Experience in SoD (Segregation of Duties) rule set updates, risk remediation, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in SAP GRC cloud integration.
• Hands-on experience with GRC–SuccessFactors HR trigger functionality.
• Strong experience in MSMP (Multi-Stage, Multi-Path) workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP GRC 12.0 AC & PC implementation and upgrade activities.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot MSMP workflows for access requests and approvals.
• Perform risk analysis, SoD assessments, and support risk remediation and mitigation.
• Maintain and update SoD rule sets in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Configure and support ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM functionalities.
• Support GRC integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, including cloud applications.
• Manage and support GRC–SuccessFactors HR triggers for automated user provisioning.
• Collaborate with business, security, audit, and IT teams to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Handle complex business scenarios and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for GRC processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC AC & PC.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP security and compliance concepts.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
