Role Summary
The Actimize IFM Developer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting NICE Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Actimize platforms, rule/workflow customization, troubleshooting, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actimize IFM Implementation & Configuration
· Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.
· Install and configure Actimize Platform components, including:
o AIS
o ActOne
o UDM
· Enhance IFM solutions by developing:
o Custom Policy Manager rules
o Workflows
o DARTS layouts
Troubleshooting & Support
· Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across Actimize applications.
· Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of defects and production issues.
· Install product patches and service packs as required.
· Support and execute Actimize platform and solution upgrades.
Testing & Quality Assurance
· Perform and support:
o Unit testing
o System testing
o Integration testing
o Performance testing
· Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
· Collaborate closely with:
o Business Analysts
o QA teams
o Project Managers
· Participate in:
o Agile sprint planning
o Backlog grooming
o Sprint documentation
· Ensure alignment across SDLC phases.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
· Create and maintain:
o Technical specifications
o Installation and configuration guides
o Troubleshooting and support documentation
· Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
Essential Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with Actimize IFM.
· Experience installing and configuring Actimize Platform (AIS, ActOne, UDM).
· Expertise in:
o Policy Manager rule development
o Workflows
o DARTS customization
· Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
· Experience with Actimize upgrades, patches, and service packs.
· Solid understanding of BFS Risk Management and regulatory compliance.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
· Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
· Exposure to performance tuning and optimization of Actimize solutions.
· Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
