Role: Windchill PLM Developer
Location : Westchester, IN, USA (On-Site)
Duration: 12+ months
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Required:
- 6–8+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development and customization
- Experience working in Agile delivery models, preferably SAFe framework
- Strong knowledge of PLM modules, configurations, and enterprise customizations
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Windchill PLM customization and development
- Requirement analysis and technical design mapping
- PLM data model and module understanding
- Experience in implementing scalable PLM enhancements
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery practices
- Strong problem-solving and team enablement skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Development and Enhancements:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs
- Support story refinement, effort estimation, and technical design discussions for accurate task definition and delivery planning
- Build and deploy system enhancements aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives and sprint commitments
Agile Delivery Participation:
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Follow SAFe Agile framework practices to ensure timely delivery of PI and sprint goals
Technical Guidance and Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance to squad members for solving development challenges
- Assist team members in understanding and implementing effective technical solutions
- Contribute to peer collaboration during architecture and design discussions
Process Improvement and Knowledge Enablement:
- Stay updated on Windchill PLM product enhancements and best practices
- Recommend process and system improvements for better PLM delivery outcomes
- Support internal training and upskilling on new features and PLM functionalities
