Role: Service Delivery Manager – Retail ERP (Jesta Vision)

Key Responsibilities:
Functional & Service Delivery:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Jesta Vision Suite modules, including:
- Merchandising
- Inventory / WMS
- Store / POS
- Order Management / Omni
- Act as a functional SME for Retail ERP operations, ensuring stability, performance, and business continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Item setup
- Pricing & promotions
- Purchase orders & receipts
- Allocations & inventory adjustments
- Sales orders, returns, and transfers
- Execute minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data fixes following approval and change management processes.
Retail Process Expertise:
- Support end-to-end retail business processes, including:
- Item onboarding
- Pricing & promotions
- Procure-to-pay
- Order-to-cash
- Store operations
- Returns & stock reconciliation
- Seasonal planning
- Apply strong domain knowledge of Home Furniture retail, including:
- Configurable products
- Made-to-order & special orders
- Delivery & installation workflows
- Capacity scheduling
- NDR and returns handling
Technical & Integration Support:
- Use SQL (queries, joins) to analyze data issues and support troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain batch jobs, schedulers, logs, and interface queues.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations using:
- EDI (850 / 855 / 856 / 810)
- REST / SOAP APIs
- SFTP / file-based interfaces
- Message queues
- Coordinate integrations with eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, 3PLs, and finance systems.
Collaboration & Governance:
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Coordinate with technical and offshore teams for solution delivery.
- Support patching, upgrades, SIT/UAT, and regression testing.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
- Track incidents, root causes, and service metrics to ensure SLA adherence.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8+ years of experience in Retail ERP / Service Delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jesta Vision (minimum two modules):
- Merchandising
- Inventory / WMS
- Store / POS
- Order Management / Omni
- Strong knowledge of:
- Retail merchandising & operations
- SCM & Sales Order Management
- Technical skills:
- SQL (queries, joins, troubleshooting)
- Integration protocols (EDI, APIs, SFTP)
- Experience with batch job monitoring, logs, and production support tools.
- Exposure to reporting / BI validation and Excel-based analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting large-scale retail ERP landscapes.
- Prior exposure to omnichannel retail environments.
- Experience working in managed service or AMS models.
