Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP) Technical Lead / Architect

Terms: 6-Month Contract-to-hire

Required Skill(s):

•            5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including CRM/CE and data integration components.

•            Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI/CDP) in production environments.

•            Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, segmentation, and audience creation within CI/CDP.

•            Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, and marketing automation tools.

•            Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and identity resolution processes.

•            Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to design scalable, high-performing architectures.
