Required Skill(s):
• 7–8 years in contact center engineering, system integration, or similar roles.
• Advanced, hands-on configuration and customization experience.
• Deep understanding of PSTN, SIP, carrier routing, and contact center voice architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for system automation and API integrations.
Preferred Skills
• CRM Integrations: Advanced experience integrating AWS Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, or custom solutions).
• Unified Communications (UC): Strong understanding of UC platforms and their integration with contact center technologies.
• Voice Network Design: Advanced knowledge of network design for high-volume, multi-channel contact center environments.
