Job Title: UX Strategist (Developer Niche)
Location: Malvern, PA – Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX Strategist to provide expert-level User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design services for complex, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences while partnering closely with IT, development, and business teams. This role requires a strong balance of design thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI Strategy & Design
Design highly usable web interfaces, including page layouts, navigation structures, and content elements while optimizing system performance.
Translate business and user needs into UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design documentation.
Ensure designs align with user-centered design principles, brand standards, and business objectives.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with cross-divisional teams, IT project teams, and senior leaders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
Provide UI/UX guidance and services to project team members across initiatives.
Develop and leverage strong professional networks to foster collaboration and support department-wide initiatives.
User Research & Data-Driven Design
Apply qualitative and quantitative research techniques to continuously improve user experience.
Analyze user behavior, analytics, and feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
Balance business, marketing, and user goals to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
Technical Partnership & Execution
Utilize expert knowledge of modern web technologies, devices, and platforms to create technically feasible and efficient interactive solutions.
-️- Partner with development teams from strategy through execution to ensure design fidelity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in UX Strategy and UI Design for web-based applications.
Advanced knowledge of:
User-centered design principles
Interaction design and visual design
User behavior and usability best practices
Branding and design systems
Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.
Ability to analyze user data and research findings to drive design decisions.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies and performance considerations.
Proven ability to collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience testing or validating coded UI implementations.
