Architect / AIOps Implementation Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect / AIOps Implementation Lead with proven, hands-on implementation experience in AIOps to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Scoped Applications, and ServiceNow AIOps, with a strong background in leading multiple end-to-end implementations in medium to large enterprise environments.
This role requires strong architectural thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices and Agile/Scrum SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including at least one complete implementation lifecycle.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow AIOps solutions for event correlation, anomaly detection, noise reduction, and proactive incident management.
- Provide architecture and design inputs for ServiceNow domain-separated instances.
- Design scalable, resilient ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Plan and design ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Provide technical guidance for implementation, integration, data migration, enhancements, and production support.
- Act as ServiceNow L3 expert for platform incidents, defects, and escalations.
- Review requirements and user stories; create detailed solution and technical design specifications.
- Ensure platform solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- Design and develop ServiceNow custom applications and scoped applications.
- Hands-on development using JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
- Apply industry best practices for web programming and ServiceNow configuration.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of platform solutions.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Process Leaders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and impacts to ITIL and business processes.
- Collaborate with the Platform Owner to define and maintain a Shared Support ServiceNow roadmap.
- Develop, document, and maintain platform architecture standards and best practices.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on development deliverables and provide timely status updates to project managers.
- Communicate complex technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply innovative technologies to improve IT operations and business outcomes.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience administering, implementing, and configuring ITSM platforms in medium to large organizations.
- 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Scoped Applications.
- Proven implementation experience in ServiceNow AIOps (mandatory).
- Led multiple ServiceNow implementations, including at least one full end-to-end lifecycle.
- Strong experience in ITIL process design and implementation.
- Experience designing integration solutions and platform-level architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Run Book Automation (RBA) (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the full ITSM application lifecycle.
- Prior experience working with industry-leading ITSM tools/providers.
