Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization, and enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, administering, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.
Translate business requirements into effective BI and visualization solutions.
Develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M).
Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, datasets, gateways, and deployments.
Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security (RLS).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather and refine reporting requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and datasets for performance and reliability.
Support Power BI administration tasks, including user access, licensing, and governance best practices.
Document report logic, data sources, and technical designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer and Administrator.
Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Paginated Reports.
Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.
Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
