Title: Technical Lead – Oracle R12 EBS

Location: Dallas TX

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to lead the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with offshore teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical components and facilitating seamless integration across modules. Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle OAF, PL/SQL, integrations, and SCM/Mfg processes is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle R12 ERP solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with offshore/onshore development teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on schedule.
• Develop and maintain core Oracle EBS technical components including:
• PL/SQL Packages
• Reports (XML/BI Publisher)
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Extensions (RICE objects)
• Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Forms, Workflow, and APIs.
• Build and support EDI integrations for seamless data exchange with external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Engage with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and project status reporting.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development with proven track record in Implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience across Oracle EBS Manufacturing (MFG) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Strong technical skills in:
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• Workflows & Custom APIs
• EDI Integrations
• PL/SQL development (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers)
• Expertise in developing and supporting RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and technical configuration.
• Ability to coordinate and manage offshore development efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
