Role: Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer
Location : Atlanta, GA
Experience Required: 8+ Years

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Data Science & Machine Learning:

• Design and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Perform feature selection and dimensionality reduction using techniques such as:
• PCA
• Lasso
• Elastic Net
• Develop and deploy models using algorithms including:
• Linear & Logistic Regression
• SVM
• Decision Trees
• XGBoost
• Histogram Gradient Boosting
• LightGBM

Big Data & Cloud Engineering:

• Build and optimize scalable data solutions using:
• Hadoop ecosystems
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Work with MySQL and other structured data sources
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards

Analytics & Visualization:

• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using:
• Domo
• Tableau
• Power BI
• D3.js
• Matplotlib
• Deliver insights through clear, compelling data storytelling tailored to technical and business stakeholders

Collaboration & Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and ML solutions into business processes
• Support the full analytics lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python
• SQL
• R
• Hands-on experience with Palantir (Skywise / Core)
• Experience with Big Data & Hadoop ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Domo, SAS, and web development languages
• Expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
• Excellent data visualization, storytelling, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced analytics and large-scale big data tools
• Familiarity with:
• NLP
• Deep learning frameworks
• Modern visualization libraries
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
